My First Steps

 

“the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” Proverbs 9:10

i grew up in the small town of milligan, nebraska. raised by christian parents and being fortunate to attend a solid church, various programs, and camps, i came to know Christ as my personal Savior at a young age and continued to mature in my faith throughout junior high and high school.  i went to college at wayne state in nebraska, and i was challenged more each year to make my faith my own.  i became highly involved in campus crusade for christ and was motivated to share my faith with others and always make my walk with God my first priority.  after four years at wayne, being actively involved on campus and in ministry, i graduated with a degree in English.  my whole college experience was a process of refinement to enable me to make my desires and purposes those of the Lord’s choosing.  now i’m entering into full-time ministry, beginning with an internship with campus crusade in nebraska.
